On this page you will find items we are "wishing" for. Listed here are items need to finish current construction projects. Also you will find items we need for on going construction. We need to build more cages for the iguanas, to fence more of the property, to pour concrete slabs and other concrete structures.

One of the current constructions projects is the new Lizard Lounge pictured here.

The shed is being built out of donated pallets. We also had roofing singles donated, but we need more concrete , siding material for the sides, screws, lights, heating elements, four x four fence posts, and rabbit fence wire for the outdoor enclosure that is going to be a part of the lizard lounge. This project is nearly completed, updated pictures will be posted soon.

We also need material to construct more of the Lizard Condos pictured below.

The condos are constructed out of rabbit fence wire, pvc, and 2x4,s. It takes a 100' roll and a half of wire to build the cages. They are 10' high and can be configured to include as many as 5 enclosures that are 3' x 3' square. They have basking limbs near the top and a resting shelf with a shelter at mid level. We also need miscellaneous hardware to complete their construction.

Another project in the works.

We are converting one of the bedrooms in our mobil home to be used to house the "Giant Snakes". The bedroom will have multi-level "U" shaped enclosures constructed to house the snakes. Up to three enclosures will be built, one on top of the other. This will give the snakes lots of room to move around, and allow the caregiver to clean one side of each enclosure while the snake was on the other side, providing a measure of security for the caregiver. We are in need of the waterproof material used in bathrooms for construction of these cages, also plexiglass, 2 x 4's, 1" pvc for drains, screws, etc.
